1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and TribeLink. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use TribeLink under applicable law.
2. Your account and security
Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your sign-in credentials, and use reasonable safeguards on your device. Do not sell, rent, transfer, share, or create an account for another person. Notify support@tribelink.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not impersonate another person or organization, falsely claim verification, misrepresent age or identity, operate deceptive accounts, evade enforcement, or use bots or coordinated accounts to manipulate TribeLink.
3. Your content and our service license
You retain ownership of content you create. You must have all rights, permissions, releases, licenses, and consents needed for every person, recording, location, logo, trademark, song, image, video, effect, event listing, and other asset you submit.
When you submit content, you grant TribeLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, distribute, communicate, display, perform, moderate, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing TribeLink. This license is limited by your privacy settings and generally ends when content is deleted, subject to copies others shared, required records, legal preservation, and temporary backups.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not use TribeLink to plan, request, offer, promote, finance, conceal, or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, scams, identity theft, extortion, trafficking, illegal drugs or weapons, terrorism, theft, or money laundering.
Do not threaten violence, stalk, dox, hack, distribute malware, steal credentials, share non-consensual intimate material, manipulate votes or rankings, rig games, exploit bugs, spam, automate fake engagement, or evade product or enforcement limits.
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and attempts to obtain or share sexual content involving a minor are strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
5. Messages, Live, dating, events, and real-world safety
Messages, calls, Live, dating, games, groups, and events follow the same rules as public content. Do not send unwanted sexual content, repeated unwanted contact, spam, threats, or deceptive solicitations.
Meet safely. TribeLink does not guarantee identity, intentions, compatibility, or safety. Meet in public, arrange your own transportation, tell someone you trust, protect financial and location information, and contact local emergency services if you are in danger.
Event organizers are responsible for accurate listings, permits, venue permission, capacity, accessibility, safety, taxes, refunds, cancellations, staff access, ticket fulfillment, and attendee safety.
6. Purchases, tickets, coins, Props, and payouts
Eligible digital purchases and subscriptions are processed through the app store on your device. Product screens show price and billing details before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the applicable store account. Store rules and mandatory consumer rights apply.
Coins and Props are limited licenses to use virtual items inside TribeLink. They are not money, deposits, investments, stored value, gambling stakes, or property and have no guaranteed cash value. Except where law or store policy requires otherwise, virtual-item purchases are final.
For paid event tickets sold through TribeLink, TribeLink keeps a fixed platform fee equal to 5% of settled ticket revenue. Payment-processing fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, reserves, and lawful adjustments may separately reduce or delay organizer payouts. Eligible organizer payouts are processed through Stripe Connect after verification and event review.
7. Moderation, suspension, and service changes
We may review, limit distribution, label, reject, remove, preserve, or disable content and features. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban an account, device, creator, organizer, event, balance, or Business access based on severity, risk, history, law, or platform policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TribeLink is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, successful matches, event quality, user identity, business revenue, or that every harmful act will be detected. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
